Pajero Prayer is the first single of 2026 from Ugandan wordsmith kalibwani. Named after the classic Mitsubishi SUV model that is a staple of Kampala’s urban landscape, it is a soulful hip-hop song rapped from the heart and rich with niche regional references. kalibwani digs deep to deliver vivid lyrics that contend with loss, belonging, and companionship amidst moody crescendos of piano, guitar, and organ. South African producer Nightmare Henry chopped a gospel inspired loop that remains cinematic whilst leaving space for the kalibwani’s vocal to shine.
