Fast Rising Ghanaian Hip-Hop and young genre bender D.H has officially released his debut EP, HANI WO YA, out now across all major streaming platforms. Within hours of its release, the 8-track project has generated a sharp spike in fan engagement on TikTok and Instagram, with listeners driving organic reaction, clips and commentary around the project.
Titled after the Ga phrase meaning “let’s go,” HANI WO YA captures D.H’s growth between his first breakthrough in 2026 and where he stands now, This is an invitation for listeners to move forward with him. The project draws on his life between Accra and London, weaving outdoor, open-air textures through its sound and visuals.
Two collaborations are emerging as early standouts. “WHAT YOU NEED” featuring rising Nigerian star Ayjaybobo, and “I FOR TRY (HANI WO)” featuring Ghanaian household name DarkoVibes, with the latter shaping up as the project’s turn-up moment. The EP’s intro and outro round out the body of work, showcasing the range D.H moves through across the full 8 tracks, spanning Hip-Hop, Trap and Afrobeats.
“Hani wo ya — let’s go. This project is me stepping fully into that,” D.H says of the release. “I hope everyone listening is ready to go there with me.”
The rollout started with a private listening event in London on 10th July and another release performance in Accra on 18th July, as D.H carries the project’s momentum into a run of live moments across both cities he calls home.

D.H is a 20-year-old Hip-Hop, Trap and Afrobeats artist based between Accra and London. He has been producing music for over 10 years and rapping for 4, drawing on his cross-cultural upbringing to shape a sound and visual identity rooted in outdoor, open-air spaces.
